Shack in the center of Madrid
A shack made out of wood, cardboard and plastic suddenly appears in the middle of a plaza in the center of Madrid. On it, one of the ubiquitous standard “for sale” signs one can find in every street in this town. A comment on the extreme housing situation that has been developing these last years, with prices doubling and quadrupling while square meters get to barely livable minimums.
Undoubtedly addressing a hot issue, the piece caught the attention of the media. It was featured in the printed and online versions of national daily El Mundo.

Chabola en el centro de Madrid
Una chabola hecha de madera, cartón y plástico aparece de repente en el centro de Madrid. Sobre ella, uno de los clásicos y ubícuos carteles de “se vende” que se encuentran en cada calle de esta ciudad. Un comentario sobre la extrema situación que la vivienda ha alcanzado en los últimos años, con precios que se duplican y cuadruplican mientras la superficie llega a mínimos inhabitables.
La pieza, que sin duda trata un tema candente, llamó la atención de los medios. El diario nacional El Mundo la reseñó en sus versiones online e impresa.
